The service operates through a network of relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, hotels and event organisers in destinations including Paris, New York, Tokyo, London, Milan, and Copenhagen.
Beyond restaurant reservations, Tableone also books private chefs to clients' own locations: yachts, villas, private dinners, corporate events. Often in collaboration with chefs from Michelin-rated kitchens.
